We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If NotchCode isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment in full.
You can request a refund in two ways:
Option 1: Email us at support@notchcode.dev with your purchase email or license key. We'll process the refund within 1-2 business days.
Option 2: Use Paddle's self-service refund process. Check your purchase receipt email from Paddle for a link to manage your order.
NotchCode offers a 7-day free trial with card required upfront. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Cancel through Paddle using the link in your trial confirmation email.
Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be satisfied. Contact us and we'll work with you.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. You can continue to use the Software until the deactivation takes effect (within 7 days, when the app performs its periodic license check).
